Battlegrounds Mobile India is a battle royal game made only for particular India country meaning no other country can play this sadly.

But since the pubg mobile global version was banned in India for certain data privacy concerns Tencent corporation had announced pubg mobile India early in the December but later renamed to Battlegrounds Mobile India and also removed the Tencent loading screen and replaced it with Krafton loading screen.

First check everything in pubg global version and make a backup of your friends and your popularity will be lost 

Once you login in battlegrounds mobile India and if u try to again login the same account into pubg global you will receive a 50 year ban..

Then uninstall the pubg global version
